The website of
Miklós Vincze

Hello and welcome!

"Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication",
said Leonardo Da Vinci (or Steve Jobs? Thomas Mann? Goethe?).
So this page is pretty sophisticated, I guess.

About

I am a physicist from Budapest, Hungary.
Currently, I'm an associate professor at the Institute of Physics and Astronomy (Dept. of Materials Physics) of the Eötvös University, and a senior research fellow of the HUN-REN Institute of Earth Physics and Space Science, conducting most of my experiments in the von Karman Laboratory for Environmental Flows of the Eötvös University.

My topics of interest include (but are not limited to):

CV and publications

You may find my CV here and take a look at my list of publications on my Google Scholar page. And here is my profile on ResearchGate
This textbook chapter, written together with my unforgettable former supervisor, the late Imre M. Jánosi (1963-2023), gives a general overview of our research approach and summarizes some of our results (for personal use only).
